Rebecca Lloyd & Steve Dickson - Grouped Independents for Senate

Q. What local issues are you focusing on?

A. Rebuilding small businesses - Queensland's small businesses have been decimated through unlawful mandates and poor policies. Our cost of living is climbing, with many Queenslander families feeling the increasing strain. Unemployment, due to lockdowns and 'no jab, no job' has been an absolute disgrace. I am passionate about addressing all three (and more) of these issues brought about by out-of-touch, greedy and selfish governmental decisions.

Q. Do you believe the major parties have failed Australia? If so, how?

A. The major parties make no secret that they are moving Australia towards 'The Great Reset'. I strongly and with all of my being oppose anything that would threaten bodily autonomy, financial security, employment stability, safety of our loved ones and leave our children in the powerful grip of a social credit system.

I believe that the government, both federal and state, must be brought to justice for what they have done to Australia and to Queensland. They must never again be able to crush and destroy what we hold dear.

Selling off our land to feather their own nests, with no thought to us or the the next generation, selling off our water rights, selling our resources overseas (to then buy them back at a premium because they refuse to bring manufacturing onshore), failing in their duty to actually protect our environment (woke 'climate change' strategies is nothing more than virtue signalling...just ask me about how 'minstatei-ports' could have fixed MANY of the concerns for the environment...it it'ss been tendered for years and never gets passed).

Allowing socialist tendencies into schools and universities, forcing children to be masked for months at a time when the science simply doesn't back it and marketing 'mental health' instead of bringing forth community and nutrition solutions is also very dangerous for the future of our children (ask me about it in further details, I'll be happy to share).

I could go on and on about how many areas of our society I see are broken, however I do believe that as much as the government HAS failed us as a state and nation (and they most certainly have), that we as a society must begin to take more responsibility for our local neighbourhoods. I have plans as to how I will be able to serve in this area and would love to share it with you when we speak in person).

Q. What are your thoughts on the emergency powers, mandates and Covid passports?

A. The major parties make no secret that they are moving Australia towards 'The Great Reset'. I strongly and with all of my being oppose anything that would threaten bodily autonomy, financial security, employment stability, safety of our loved ones and leave our children in the powerful grip of a social credit system.

Q. What are your thoughts on an Australian Bill of Rights?

A. Selling off our land to feather their own nests, with no thought to us or the the next generation, selling off our water rights, selling our resources overseas (to then buy them back at a premium because they refuse to bring manufacturing onshore), failing in their duty to actually protect our environment (woke 'climate change' strategies is nothing more than virtue signalling...just ask me about how 'mini-ports' could have fixed MANY of the concerns for the environment...i it'sts been tendered for years and never gets passed).

Yes, a strong YES to a bill of rights across MANY issues for the Australian population!

Q.  If elected, would you advocate for establishing an independent media oversight body?

A. I have personally felt the sting of the completely corrupt and disgraceful MSM. I already have plans to provide sufficient finances, through Fair Business Australia, to fund an alternative to MSM.

Main Stream Media is the quickest and easiest way to control the masses through fear, entertainment and influencing culture through the arts. Our children are not even free of the infiltration.

Yes, I believe in an independent media oversight body...however I wouldn't be satisfied with simply passing the buck along like that..which is why I personally feel called to the mountain of media and will do all I can to see it returned to a method of strengthening all levels of society, instead of weakening them through socialist and 'Great Reset' sentiments.

Q.  What are your thoughts on the Digital I.D. system?

A. I am strongly and passionately opposed to the digital ID. I have been outspoken on it on in many of my interviews, most recently with Morgan and Monica themselves.

A digital ID is a deliberate attack on our way of life. It will see us end up in a social credit system just like China's. I will fight tooth and nail to ensure that our children are not slaves to a digital system that rewards what a very select few consider 'good' behaviour and punished by the same group of people for 'bad behaviour'. May it never, ever be!

Q.  Would you restrict/reduce the influence of global, non-democratic bodies such as ‘Strong Cities Network’ and the World Health Organisation (WHO)?

A. We must govern ourselves if we are to be truly free. Overseas bureaucrats and power-hungry elites do NOT have our country's best interests at heart. I will not stand silently and idly by and allow this to happen.

'Strong Cities' is another step towards The Great Reset and a digital ID. I staunchly oppose all 'Big Brother' style interference in governing in this country.

Q.  If elected, would you advocate for initiating a proper and thorough investigation into the suppression order from the Wood Royal Commission (1995 - 1997)?

A. Any corruption and wickedness that is allowed to fester in this country will rot it from its core outwards. When elected I will push for a light to be shone on ALL corruption and evil as I am made aware of it. Let justice be served and a new level of what is considered acceptable in this country be brought forth! We must do this not only for ourselves but particularly for the next generation.

Q.  What are your thoughts on legal proceedings into the governmental response to Covid?

A. The government has completely and totally failed Australia in its response over the last two years. Whether it is due to incompetence or a far more sinister agenda, remains to be seen. Let's ensure that we DO see what the motives were, why we were treated the way we were and how we can ensure that this never, EVER happens to us or our children again! I believe there will be many prosecutions...and I will see this as very fitting for the disgraceful way we have been governed over the last two years (and for many more beyond that..but that's a different topic).

Q.  What are your thoughts on bringing manufacturing into Australia?

A. I am already making in-roads on this with my company Fair Business Australia. We are an on-shore alternative to Amazon. We will rebuild Australian retail by bringing online shopping back on shore.

I plan, through my connections that will come through Fair Business Australia, to partner with other entrepreneurs to bring manufacturing back to this country so that Australia may prosper and have good use of her own resources.

Q.  What are your thoughts on APHRA?

A. Apparently only one board member of APHRA is even medically qualified?! What a disgrace. They have ignored the science by ignoring the evidence of adverse reactions. They have silenced and stood down practitioners for simply having an alternate view on health and wellness in relation to Covid. I am deeply disgusted with APHRA and would like to see them all fired and brought before a disciplinary board of review!

Q.  What are your thoughts on corporate lobby groups in Canberra?

A. When money twists the government, bad things happen. How can we truly be democratic if big money is swaying our government? We simply cannot and I would support a big change in this broken way of doing things.

Q.  What are your thoughts on immigration?

A. Bring manufacturing into the country and we will have enough infrastructure and jobs for many more. We mustn't continue to bring people in if we have a housing shortage or employment shortage. That's simply not good management. Create the infrastructure first and then we can better address immigration. I also believe that those that come to this country must respect the human rights laws of the land, however, in cases of trauma and refugees it would be naive to think that we won't need to put some work in to help these people to adjust. You can't just bring people here and then leave them to their own devices. We must do it properly and with a duty of care for ALL involved, both the refugee and the neighbours that they will be living near to.

Q.  How will you advocate to support our farmers and better manage water?

A. We shouldn't be selling off our water rights. Period! We should have better dams and water drainage. Period!

The farmers would be able to flourish with less governmental interference - just provide some infrastructure and leave them alone for the most part (exactly the same for small business owners).

We should also be buying from our own farmers and not importing what we can grow here - we can easily remedy the increased prices by shopping local (Coles and Woolies constantly push for the lowest dollar) and by putting better logistics in place so we can bring farm to table (shipping lanes instead of rail).

Q.  What is your position on the state excluding parents from their children's welfare in the examples of gender counselling/treatment?

A. I am absolutely against it. When you do this you put the State in the position of 'parent' for the child. This is fraught with issues and I believe it is wrong and has a deeper agenda.

I heard a story once of a 3 years old boy who was convinced he was a girl....the State may have started him on gender therapy. Instead, after his loving parents took him to a psych, it was discovered that the little boy was merely feeling threatened and 'unloved' after his newborn baby sister came home...his little brain figured that girls were more loveable and so if he were a girl he would have more of his parent's attention. The story could have been very different had the State been the 'parent' in this situation.

Q.  How will you advocate to support our Defence services and Veterans?

A. Justice for our Vets! They've served our country and the stories I hear from them about the PTSD, medical experiments (it was happening to Vets long before we started having issues with the jab), lack of care from DVA....so many, many sad stories. They are our heritage and more must be done to support them as they heal from the moral injuries they have sustained.

Q.  What is your position on voluntary euthanasia?

A. We already have procedures in place for those suffering from what cannot be healed. I get very nervous about voluntary euthanasia as I would hate to discover that it slides into being used as assisted suicide for depression and mental health, or the elderly for selfish, financial issues. It is a very tricky topic and one that I believe the State should not be a part of. I see it as more of a family and community issue than a bureaucratic one.

Q. What is your position on our current education system? Would you advocate for change?

A. Allowing socialist tendencies into schools and universities, forcing children to be masked for months at a time when the science simply doesn't back it, marketing 'mental health' instead of bringing forth community and nutrition solutions is also very dangerous for the future of our children (ask me about it in further details, I'll be happy to share). I am all about a complete overhaul of schooling and making it more of a community responsibility, than a bureaucratic one.

Q. What are your thoughts on climate change policies?

A. I am against them. I see no evidence of rising oceans. Take the time to look at Google Earth videos. They haven't risen in 20 years. See for yourself. Sure, let's better protect the environment. There are many ways we can do this. However, I strongly believe that 'Climate Change' is a clever marketing gimmick to bring in wealth centralisation, digital ID's, 'The Great Reset' and much more.

I am against 'Climate Change' policies as I do not believe they actually have the climate's wellbeing at their core. If the global powers REALLY cared about climate change, they'd do more about the pollution from China and India.

Q. How will you advocate for affordable housing for future generations?

A. Affordable housing is easily brought about through increased infrastructure and de-centralising major cities. We've all seen how easily we can work remotely so there's no reason why we must all be crammed into tight little city suburbs! Bringing in shipping lanes as a major trading platform for this Nation would de-centralise housing in cities and bring about affordable housing all over the parts of land that are currently unused. We are girt by sea! Why are we looking to roll out billions of dollars worth of railroads all ove the country when we could easil have shipping lanes.

Shipping towns never die. Unlike mining towns, shipping towns will always be thriving.

Shipping towns mean more jobs (unloading and re-loading)

Shipping towns are better for the environment (less traffic on the road, less emmissions)

Shipping towns are better for truckies (less fatigue and fatalities..they simply load onto the cargo ship, sail up the coast and then drive inland. Linfox is in favour).

Even the Aborigines are in favour of shipping towns. They love the sea and see the benefit.

In England there is a mini-port every 15 miles. In Australia we have one every 750km! What a waste!

We could be getting out of debt, but instead we are looking to spend money we don't have on railways. Ugly, not good for the environment, ongoing maintenance. Railways are a terrible idea when compared to shipping lanes!

The only people that aren't in favour are The Greens.

Q. Why should local voters vote for you?

A. I have already proven the ability to lead and bring financial support, through my company Fair Business Australia; a small business alliance that is now launching into a marketplace as well as a directory. I have accomplished all but one goal I set out to achieve since January and I have a white paper on my final outstanding goal (to ease unemployment through local small business opportunities). I am a woman of passion, integrity, transparency, drive and love for my community.

Q. What will your local community look like, when you are voted in?

A. I see a strong, vibrant and cohesive Queensland in the years ahead. I see families brought back together and laughing around the dinner table.

I see small businesses thriving. I see employees enjoying their positions and feeling valued and an integral part of the business they are employed in.

I see true environmental solutions by way of lessening traffic on the road, de-centralising cities, encouraging our first nation's people to begin to again become caretakers of the land, rather than 'green' bureaucrats who couldn't even keep a house plant alive.

I see children playing in the great outdoors, healthy, strong, happy and not addicted to tech devices.

I see a wellness culture in place of our current QLD Health 'disease management' culture, where nutrition, exercise, mental health support, vitamins and minerals and other alternative therapies complement western medicine and where lifelong patients of big pharma are finally set free into holistic health.

I see a strong construction industry, where workers feel safe, strong and not overworked or forced to take risks.

I believe that ALL of these (and many more than I ponder upon regularly), can be achieved through cohesion, resources, finances and real leadership (the kind that says 'how can we do this together?').

I see a very bright future for Queensland and for Australia and I would dearly love to be a part of the servant-leadership that I see is so painfully lacking in this country right now.
